Rule 9
Formation and Registration of Consumer Organizations to Operate Projects Developed by the Government of Nepal
If the Government of Nepal wants to operate a project through a consumer organization according to Section 11 of the Act, the persons who wish to operate such a project shall form a consumer organization in accordance with Rule 3 and register it in accordance with Rule 5.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when submitting an application to the committee regarding the registration of a consumer organization, the Government of Nepal shall also attach the letter given to such consumer organization regarding project management.
